๐๏ธ Stadiums: The Chicago Fire announced plans to build a new soccer stadium at The 78 development in the South Loop.
๐ช Jobs: NC State is looking for a TDM Program Manager. The MBTA Real Estate team is looking for a Partnerships Manager.
๐ New Research:
The UCLA Lewis Center for Regional Policy Studies presents findings from in-depth interviews with participants of the Los Angeles Mobility Wallet pilot - which provided 1,000 low-income participants $150 per month for shared transportation options and bike expenses.
KQED reports on another UCLA study that found a connection between rising rents and declining bus ridership.
A new study found that low-stress bicycle facilities (like protected bike lanes) increase bicycle commuting at much higher rates than higher-stress facilities (such as sharrows).
